Having a desk job for many years led to shoulder, neck and lower back pain. When the shoulder pain got very severe, I went to an urgent care place. Pain relief cream that I was given helped relieve some of the pain. I eventually stopped going to the physical therapy sessions because they weren't having a significant results...same with a chiropractor that I visited around that time. After having multiple difficulties in the past about getting to speak with an MA, I am happy to report these issues have been resolved! Today I called the South Tampa office to leave a message for Dr Allen. To my happy surprise, Jen (the MA) answered the phone on the second ring. She was efficient, helpful, and kind! Jen was as helpful as Dr Allen is! Now I have the best primary care physician as well as the best Med Assistant! Thank you FL Wellness for listening to and acting upon my concerns!!
