I would give a zero if I could. I paid $165.00 in Feb. 2022 and got three bags of salt delivered. I called in June or July and asked Hillary why I wasn’t getting salt delivered. At one time in 2021 I had a bridging issue, but I checked my water softener every week and my salt level was underground and way under the water. I asked Hillary to ask the person delivering my salt or someone from the office to call me or ring my doorbell so I could watch the salt be delivered and write the date down.
