I am thoroughly enjoying my nice clean and good tasting water since I had reverse osmosis installed a year ago. The representative I had, Jay Campese was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. My system was installed in the middle of February 2021 and my sales rep was very informative and professional. Jay ******* did not hesitate to answer any questions and made sure I understood what was being installed and how it worked. The techs that came to install were also great. They had a very old system to work with and stayed late to complete along with my sales rep stopping back to check on the progress of the work and make sure things were going smoothly. Jay Campese was very knowledgeable and helpful. He demonstrated and even tested our water even we had thought it was good with a water softener. I've had a reverse osmosis for a year now and I love it! I haven't had to worry about finding bottled water. I've always had great service from the tech and the office staff is pleasant.
