I was absolutely distraught when I came in with my male cat last night thinking he was blocked with bladder stones (he displayed all the symptoms) and the staff didn't only take such great, fast care of him, but me as well haha! The triage nurse (I'm terrible with names but she was so sweet) came in so fast upon my arrival and immediately rushed him back. Very caring when we brought our fur baby in on Saturday night. We were seen quickly, with kindness and concern. The staff were helpful and addressed all our concerns and questions with respect and consideration.
At a time of extreme need the entire staff could not have been better. From the moment I came in the door through the next few vists everyone was professional, extremely knowledgeable polite and compassionate. I highly recommend Pet Emergency and Referral Center if your pet needs more than your Veterinarian handle.
We had to bring our cat Winston here last weekend. Unfortunately he didn't have a good prognosis, but the team of Dr. West and nurse Chenille (sp?) did a great job of explaining all our options and making our baby feel more comfortable. Their efforts gave us a little bit more time with Winston and we were able to have him euthanized at home in our arms. If we have any emergencies with our pets in the future we will definitely bring them here. Thank you.
