I have been going to Florida urology for over a year Dr Simon is an outstanding doctor today I needed some paperwork faxed Miss Chelsea works out of the Davis Island I can't begin to tell you how impressed I was with her she was great
Dr. Daniel Heidenburg was very unprofessional during my visit. I felt rushed and dismissed, and my concerns were not taken seriously. Communication was poor, and the overall experience lacked the care and respect I expect from a medical professional. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I waited 55 minutes for a follow-up appointment. Terrible experience. Waited over an hour. Dr Heidenberg was mean and condescending
Poor communication and zero accountability. I was unexpectedly billed hundreds due to their oversight and never received a response despite multiple follow-ups. They admitted fault but took no action. Totally unprofessional and a frustrating experience.
My appointment was at 2, arrived at 1:45 and was put into a room “he will be with you shortly”. then i waited over an hour in the room and was told i was “next”… if you are behind or overbooked patients, we need to be informed, its unprofessional. BUT, Dr. Daniel Heidenburg is great.
