My husband needed to get in with Dr. Green after diagnosed with 2 kidney stones. My husband was an ESTABLISHED patient. Scheduling was difficult to do as they did not contact us after several calls and messages. Once our primary doctor contacted Dr. Green's office, they did call to make an appointment. The follow up CT scan requested by Dr. Green at LWR Radiology was a nightmare. Karris was so helpful as the Order for the CT was not "STAT". Karris sent a new Order with STAT Status.
