When you’re having a kidney stone issue you need help asap.. Don’t count on this place for any emergency service. Scheduling person was completely worthless and of absolutely no help.. I don’t need to see someone in a month….I need them now! I suggest you find another practice

The practice does not answer or return phone call messages; does not acknowledge a referral from a primary care physician; and, after 2-1/2 weeks of not responding, the scheduler is impertinent, rude and antagonistic. You are FIRED. After I saw Dr Bergamo, he said I needed surgery and that the surgical center would contact me within a few days. Flash forward about 2 weeks. No call. No messages answered. No one picks up the phone. This is probably the WORST managed business I ever saw. Crowded waiting rooms, rude staff, long waits, and NO follow through. They don't even do what they say they will do.
