Disappointed. Called and ASKED if they accept my insurance as my very 1st question before getting into anything other than me explaining they're on my insurance list everyone should know you can't trust so ask. They said and scheduled me for an appointment TWO (2) WEEKS out only to call me the day BEFORE my appointment to say they DO NOT accept my insurance when I needed to be seen asap and was holding with prayers and wishes to make it to my appointment date. i made an appointment for a male doctor, went in in 2024, asat and waited to be seen by a male doctor, ended up seeing a female practitioner, they took blood sample EVENTUALLY, waited my 2 weeks for the next appointment ONLY to be called the day before and have them tell me they DO NOT HAVE MY BLOOD TEST, that someone ELSE LOST MY BLOODand that if I could come back in soon they would do it again, so I did, the very next day, i waited more than 30 minutes, they emptied there waiting room zn i stillsat there, so i inquired at ... read more
