Worst customer service. Left me on hold 22 minutes listening to crap music and a bs message about new record system i drove over to their office while I was on hold
I did my vasectomy with doctor boyle Alexander and he made it seem super easy and smooth process. I recommend this place for sure
They never answer the phone. Took me forever to get an appointment. When I finally got someone on the phone they mislead me saying all you need is a referral, I went to their office with one in my hand, and she said you need to come back when we get an answer from insurance why didn't she say that in the first place. Doctors are ok Staff, worst ever.
The practitioner Jennifer Prewett had a very unprofessional, disgusting attitude. From the moment she walked in (over an hour late), she sat in the stool and rolled her eyes and sighed. I’m in my 20s and a woman (which I think has a lot to do with the passive aggressiveness) and have been dealing with ongoing chronic pain and mystery illnesses since 2021 and it has been incredibly difficult to deal with.
