Visited site three times without meeting Dr. Cohen. 1st time meeting with a PA. Waited for 1hr 35 minutes. 2nd visit went for a procedure after waiting 2hrs. The assistant didn't know what the he'll she was doing and couldn't complete the procedure. 3rd visit Waited for 2 1/2 hrs. The waiting room emptied 3 times. I approached the front desk and asked a f/b how much longer and in a condesending way told me I have two patients ahead of me. I told her.... no I don't and walked out. Horrible place to visit.
