I've been seeing Dr. Cangiano for many years (Father had pc, so needed to monitor closely). I have seen several PAs as well over the years, and they have always been friendly, informed, but also willing to mitigate treatment if there are concerns (e.g. I wanted to delay a biopsy to see if the numbers came down). They never gave bad advice, or made me feel like my concerns were unwarranted, and were compassionate about the treatment direction. I cannot imagine a better doctor and staff.

Waited months for an initial appointment on a referral. They cancelled my appointment with less than 48 hours notice because the provider was no longer going to see patients at this location. Maybe I should send them a bill for wasting months of my time. If you get referred here please do yourself a favor - run, do not walk. Find somewhere else.

I’m in total agreement with the previous comments. I also went before my appointed time and sat there give 2hrs waiting. The place is nasty unsanitary- the rm I had the procedure looked like a storage area. Rude employees to include a nurse who never read my forms and was giving me a antibiotic that I specified was harmful. At no time was I informed of Drs tardiness or an apology offered until I complained and informed Dr Hoffmann I would not return for follow up. Btw, I ended up returning to hospital after the visit.

Sat here and watched the entire lobby empty around me 2-3 times over, despite arriving well before my appointment time. Shouldn't happen in any circumstance.
