Had my first visit with Gwen today. She is really great. Answered all my questions, did a thorough exam and is very personable. Only issue was my wait time in the room. I would definitely recommend Gwen.
I was very impressed with the expertise, insight and knowledge of the PA, Gwyneth! Her thorough exam was comfortable and her review of my records was so appreciated. Her practical approach met the approval of my Moffitt oncologist, as well! The office staff was friendly, kind and caring. Great atmosphere!
From the time I walked in to the time I left everyone was courteous and professional. The absolute nicest staff. PA Kristina was a delightful knowledgeable person. I was at ease with everything that went on today and pleased with the outcome. I do have more test that need to be done but, if this is what ai can expect from this place I’ll give another 5 stars. Thanks so much for being so caring ! A breath of fresh air where everyone was great !
This is Jim's wife writing the review. I recently had a follow up visit with PA Kristina Kininmonth. I could not have been more pleased with the visit. First, she listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. The visit was not rushed. She explained everything to me regarding my issues and even gave me a print out that described something that I needed to do. I also found the front staff to be friendly and pleasant. I’m only giving this three stars only because it’s very difficult to get a hold of anybody. You have to leave a message. Sometimes it takes two or three days for somebody to call you back one time. I waited in the office for a very long time without anybody telling me anything I absolutely love the doctors. I love the nurse practitioners, but the office itself is not good.
