Dr. Wyman, Kristina Kininmonth, and the front desk staff are so amazing. I had surgery for a severely prolapsed bladder six months ago, and everything went incredibly well. I can honestly say that I got my life back! Dr. Wyman's bedside manner is second to none, especially right before surgery. While seeking care here, I found the front office staff to be unprofessional and short-tempered. My appointment was schedule 2 months out, yet when I arrived my insurance had not been verified. This experience led me to question the practice's overall standards. I have since transitioned to a different provider with a more organized administrative team and have canceled my upcoming appointment.
Had my first visit with Gwen today. She is really great. Answered all my questions, did a thorough exam and is very personable. Only issue was my wait time in the room. I would definitely recommend Gwen.
I was very impressed with the expertise, insight and knowledge of the PA, Gwyneth! Her thorough exam was comfortable and her review of my records was so appreciated. Her practical approach met the approval of my Moffitt oncologist, as well! The office staff was friendly, kind and caring. Great atmosphere!
My MA was Vanessa. I have never felt so comfortable throughout this procedure. And I have had many. She is a great asset to your practice!
