Looks like we have a Scammer Here. I've NEVER, EVER, EVER Been to Sunrise FL or and Florida United Radiology & I'm being Billed Through a COMMONWEALTH COLLECTION AGENCY For & $200.00 Dollars. Time to Call Florida Scam Line and Report Them..
I contacted and explained they sent the wrong code to cigna. They agreed to resend. But 8nstead sent me bill by text and paper bill. Now saying they will contact an collection agency. Just disgraceful. I will contact the state of Florida.
There is no way to get some help by phone and when they finally answer emails, looks like a robot. Their customer service is one of the worst I have seen in the States.
Never have been to this facility. However have gotten a notice that I have a bill of over a hundred dollars outstanding. Rather odd for someone who lives in Melbourne Florida and sees no doctors in the Palm Beach area. Dare I say I suspect fraudulent billing practices...
These crooks turned me in to a credit agency, and I can't even find out when or why! Scammers!
