This place closed already! It was only open for 2 months and only gave patients 2 days notice! I’m not too surprised however because it was completely unorganized! I was reassessed one day then the following week told I need to be reassessed. I asked why when I had been reassessed the week prior and nothing has changed. That’s when I was told “it was the wrong Michelle”. I was told that she had thought I was someone else, a different Michelle. Crestview REALLY needs a clinic!!
