Stephanie Farris with FTG is extremely unprofessional and unethical closer. The title company’s role is help facilitate the transaction and not to disparage or discourage the customer’s choices in that closing. Stephanie attempted to double dip title fees charged to the buyer in our transaction and when caught, she told the lenders “to not get involved”.
