This company was incredibly unprofessional. They completely disregarded the terms of our sales agreement and charged us, the seller, 30% of the closing fees even though closing costs were contractually the buyer’s responsibility. They said that we agreed to these additional charges even though we never had any agreement stating such. There was an acknowledgment that I approved that said their may be a ‘nominal fee’ charged to either party.
