Check in at 8:30 am for 1 o'clock appointment, I was really expecting to get loaded at least around 12 but I'm still here 6:30pm and I haven't get loaded yet, will never come back here again, I will reject this load as soon as I get dispatched on this one..

“This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. My appointment was at 4 p.m., but I arrived at 11:50 a.m. and have been sitting at the door since then—it’s now 7:28 p.m. l I even check with them every hour. They keep saying they will load me the next hour , just a complete waste of my entire day. Stay far away from that facility. They don’t care about a drivers time.
