Jessie did a great job on my grout replacement he’s really nice and the grout looks great! he’s good with colors and also did my vanity backsplash he picked a perfect color.
They took the time to help me with questions from out of town! Who takes the time to do that these days? What a kind gesture! Thank you!
Horrible experience. I do not recommend at all. I scheduled them to clean my sectional sofa and dining room chairs. The crew showed up, flooded out my floors with water and solution, did not pick up after themselves. Got solution all over my fresh painted walls. The cleaning of my sofa looked horrible, there was still stains and pet hair on the sofa after they confirmed all pet hair and stains would be removed from the deep cleaning. I reached out to Will to see if they could fix a broken tile in my bathroom. At first he seemed interested and helpful. Then suddenly he ghosted me. The message states leave a message or for quicker response send a text. You will not get any response in a timely manner. They are either over worked or their customer service skills are so lacking they won’t be able to remain in business. My advice is to find someone who is highly capable and wants the work.
