Horrible experience. I do not recommend at all. I scheduled them to clean my sectional sofa and dining room chairs. The crew showed up, flooded out my floors with water and solution, did not pick up after themselves. Got solution all over my fresh painted walls. The cleaning of my sofa looked horrible, there was still stains and pet hair on the sofa after they confirmed all pet hair and stains would be removed from the deep cleaning. I reached out to Will to see if they could fix a broken tile in my bathroom. At first he seemed interested and helpful. Then suddenly he ghosted me. The message states leave a message or for quicker response send a text. You will not get any response in a timely manner. They are either over worked or their customer service skills are so lacking they won’t be able to remain in business. My advice is to find someone who is highly capable and wants the work. I'm a real estate investor and work with a lot of home improvement contractors. I pay good money and expect good service. Don't we all! Will Ruiz and his team went above and beyond. They did a fabulous job replacing the floor tiles in my master bath shower. AND they left my home meticulous! I would highly recommend Will and his team. Florida Tile & Grout is my new go-to for all future tile work.
Very pleased with this company! I dealt with Will and he was very thorough, answered all my questions and texts promptly and quoted me a price that was almost half that of another company. I needed some minor repairs to the grout, and multiple surfaces cleaned and sealed. I was very happy with how clean the grout was - it looked brand new! The colored seal was also applied very neatly. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them!
