Renting the waterslide was a breeze online. We rented our slide from 5pm Friday to Sunday at 5pm. Friday comes around and at 5:30 still no slide. I decided to look back on my emails. They were supposed to txt with an ETA the day before which was July 4th which I understand was a holiday but you are running a business so I should have received a txt no matter what. Super easy ordering process. Great response time and great staff to deal with for set-up. Very polite and respectful crew! Tenth time renting from this company. Products were in great condition. Definitely have my business for future rentals. Definitely recommend!!!

They were on time, set up was professional, equipment was perfect and takedown was seamless. We had a 30x30 tent for 70 people.
Where do i start… from calling to book a rental, to delivery and pick up all went great!! The adults enjoyed shade under the tent, the kids loved the obstacle course and i think everyone enjoyed the bull haha!! Will definitely be renting from Florida tents and events!!
