The website and operation is a scam. I should have seen all the red flags but I did not and got scammed. Had to file a chargeback. I went out there last Wednesday and guess what? The “factory” does not exist. The storefront does not exist. It is a roofing company. I asked at the roofing company if Florida tablecloth had moved and they said there was never such a business there and they have been at that address 4 years. Worst customer service. There is a system glitch where when you place an order it changes quantities. They will not fix the issue and if something is not in stock, they will just send your shipment with what they have and only swap out anything if it is back ordered, which is NOT listed on their website, after your shipment is sent. This causes you to re-order to get what you need and pay for more shipping. If you need something more than 3 months in advance, this is not the place to buy it from.
