Dr. Layson is an amazing surgeon. He took his time and listened to my concerns and preformed a couple of my surgeries. He understood that I am not text book and found my problems. Also found a couple of other issues I had and help me get it resolved. I wish most surgeons were like him. Too many ALWAYS want to be right and don't listen to the patients. I had my gallbladder unexpectedly removed in March. I went in through the ER as an emergent case, and they eventually found I had gallbladder dyskinesia (essentially my gallbladder wasn’t contracting) which is indication for immediate removal alone. Florida Hospital Kissimmee brought on Dr. Layson to do my cholecystectomy. I had less than 2 hours from finding out my gallbladder would have to be removed, to being on the table. Dr Layson used God's Hands to save my husband's life. He treats and cares for the whole person. Once you have been treated by him you will never forget him.

Very thorough in explaining everything. He did my thyroid surgery and did a partial removal so I would not have to take medication for the rest of my life. Completely grateful for his gifts and talents. Thank you Dr. Layson!
