Never been past the secretary so I can’t tell you about their actuall Surgical service but My wife called up to schedule an appointment. The secrecy rudly told her that there was no referral in the system, my wife confirmed with her PCP and insurance company that the referral was there but this secretary said it wasn’t,(made few calls to office to see if they received it over the week ) so my wife asked if she can bring the referral in person but the secretary rejected and said it has to go through the system, ik she was doi... read more
