All the staff are very sweet and show care for patients. What ever surgery you have done makes you nervous but they make you feel comfortable I love them 🥰
The surgery center was a great place with amazing and kind staff so it would’ve gotten a 5 star review before I got a surprise medical bill in the mail a few months later. This medical bill does not align with what I was told I needed to pay for my surgery and my insurance knows nothing about it. I have called the Florida Surgery Center’s billing office multiple times and been sent to voicemail each time. Nobodys called me back. I had never been to here before but from the way the staff treated you wouldn't have known better. I was immediately greeted by Betzy upon arrival and despite it being early she had a smile on her face and was very friendly. There was a bit of a mix up regarding the payment information for my procedure. Betzy was real quick to help clear up the confusion and help me with options. My child had surgery done here. The staff I dealt with were great. But we got a surprise bill in the mail. We tried to call many times/days and ask about it but the number given was voicemail only and they never returned the call. We mailed them in hopes of a reply but got none. All they keep doing is just sending this fake bill. I cannot recommend this place with these billing practices !
