We have rented the same property from Brian for 3 years now. It is in a great location for our family, close to Philippe Park and walking distance to Safety Harbor downtown. The home serves our needs beautifully. Brian has been available and responsive to our needs. This year he spent A LOT of time getting the pool up and running after a very cold start to February! We very much appreciated his efforts and it made for a very fun vacation! Thank you, Brian!
Our host was terrific helping us with the TV after hours. Very informative during the reservation process and just generally making everything pleasant. The condo was wonderful with everything we needed for our stay. Huge bonus being steps away from the Copperhead course. If we come back to Innisbrook I'll call Brian first
I have stayed now in multiple units from Florida Sun ☀️. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so. First of all Brian is brilliant - incredibly responsive, hands-on and often on property to help with any questions. The units are much nicer than the hotel units. Modern, sparkling clean and many have lovely views of the copperhead or island golf course. I can’t recommend Florida Sun enough! Thank you Brian!
This is our 3rd time renting in Innisbrook with Florida Sun Vacation Rentals. The condos are beautiful and clean and the check-in process is easy. Brian is great to work with and we look forward to renting again in the future!
I would rate Florida sun vacation rentals a zero if possible. Worst experience ever! The property we rented was uninhabitable …. harsh chemical cleaning odor along with mold and mildew upon entry. The place was filthy and in disrepair. Pool was cold and surrounded by dead grass. The child’s play area was a broken swing hanging from a tree. Totally unacceptable!
