2172 Byrnwyck, Innisbrook Resort, Palm Harbor FL: Beautifully maintained condo in a luxury golf resort. Everything in the condo (kitchen appliances, shower, lights, doors, windows, etc.) are all in pristine condition. Security was excellent (gated community). As a single female traveler, I felt very safe, even when arriving home later in the evening. Grounds are well maintained. Received timely and detailed communications from the owner. All-in-all, one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed in.
Over and Above our Expectations!!! Absolutely loved our stay at Dolphin Key. The unit was beautiful and the balcony is spectacular! Brian the property unit manager was so helpful and excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend him. We loved it so much that we secured our vacation for next year!!
Horrible experience with nasty person Brian the prop manager. Threw a hammer in front of my wife when she went to pre-inspect property and pointed out a broken wood step high up and required to use to enter property. Then he cancelled our reservation and said “you will be too difficult a VRBO tenant”. Wife has it all on video, we are considering laying charges for his assaultive behavior.
Very clean, well maintained property located in a beautiful golf resort. Safe and secure. Unfortunately we had to evacuate to Panama City to escape Hurricane Milton after completing 6 of a planned 12 night stay. Although we didn’t request one, we were surprised to learn that the remaining 6 nights were refunded back to our credit card. We have rented from FSV in the past, and will certainly do so on future visits to Palm Harbor. Highly recommended.
I can’t recommend the place enough! Made for a very cozy stay and location was ideal. If I ever go back to Florida for vacation, would definitely pick this place to stay!
