I have been renting from them three times a year for the last 5 years. Always a great experience and homes are beautiful. Never a problem.

Spent a week at one of the houses. Was the worst experience during vacation i have had. The gameroom was so hot it could not be used. Some of the rooms in the house did not cool at all. There was dead bugs in the house, also there were pencils and candy left on the floor from the previous tenants. The ceiling fan by on the patio by the pool would not turn on, the company did offer a suggestion on this problem, I was told to use a broom to start the fan, this did remedy the situation, but come on...This is a Hundreds of thous... read more
Spent a week here at one of their homes. Game room was advertised, but it was so hot that we were not able to enjoy it. Also, we had a bedroom in the house that was not completely cooled like the rest of the house. Problem was called in, but it was not resolved. House was not thoroughly cleaned before entering...found pencils, candy, dead bugs, etc. in obvious areas that should have been clean. Not quite what was advertised.
