Just spoke with a staff member and they have ALWAYS been so RUDE!!! Im not sure how anyone wants to be involved with these people. I have a older roof on a home and she refused to even LOOK at other options.

Excellent company! Very thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate toward others. I'm so glad I found them. I saved a substantial amount of money, and Krysta, the insurance agent helped me do that. Donna and Michelle are amazing! They are all extremely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. At my request, they cancelled my old, more expensive policy immediately for a substantial refund. Michele Mele really is a great insurance representative. She’s always right on top of everything and gives us good advice for the best coverage at the best price! Plus she’s easy to get along with and professional. I’m so glad I found her as she’s made my life easier and better. I saw some agents had bad reviews bu honestly Michele has always gone above and beyond to provide superior service for all my insurance needs. I’m in my 60s so I’ve dealt with a lot of insurance agents. We moved from Illinois to Florida six years ago
