I've worked with Matt ever since FSS opened up and found him to be a great motivator. But what I really love is the fact that he takes the time to explain why you do each exercise and what and where you should be feeling it to get the most out of each rep that you do! Terrific trainer and a terrific gym!

My husband gave me Matt for my birthday. He knew I would never get a personal trainer for myself so he did it for me. It was the greatest gift I could have received. I started working out with Matt four months ago. I had 20 -22 pounds to lose and Matt helped me establish a new way of eating and showed me the correct way to exercise. I have lost the 22 pounds and have maintained that weight easily. I am 48 and I finally feel happy and fit. Thanks Matt....I consider you a great gift!

Matt is the best trainer to get you motivated and moving. He's great- highly recommend! Will make you feel comfortable no matter size or fitness level. I'm constantly impressed by his new exercises and muscle isolation. Feeling so much better - stronger, more resilient.

Matt is an amazing trainer!!! If you wanting to get in shape and healthy this is the place to do it!! Matt has a work out planned for you, so there is none of that going to the gym and thinking "hmm what should I do today" If you want best result this is the place to go!!

I worked with these trainers after leaving another local gym, and what a difference. This may be a small operation, but they care about their clients' results and it's not all about money with them.
