Great company to repair your roof.
This was a horrible experience. They requested my insurance check before I got put on the schedule. After receiving the check in January they put me on an imaginary schedule 2 weeks later with no specific date. No comucation from them I threatened to get a refund and that's when the ball got rolling. They came finally in April around the 1st week and started my roof with the wrong colored shingles. Florida Storm was amazing!! They arrived on time and were very professional. They were responsive to all issues. The owner called and came on site to make ceratin all was well. The office Manager was absolutly AMAZING!!! She made all types of calls to make sure the staff was on point. Will I work with them again? The answer is YES!!!
