We have been trying to secure our 15 year old son’s referee status since February. It is next to impossible to reach someone by telephone and the email responses are intermittent. At this point I would like a refund because my son won’t be able to referee any games by the time the spring soccer season ends. This has been a less than satisfactory experience which is unfortunate since the whole state needs more referees. Zero stars.
