After providing a quote, they have never responded to my calls. I have called the estimator that was at our home and have called the office, no response what so ever.

The material used on the posts was so thin most of the posts in my yard cracked.  My neighbors fence runs alongside my fence and none of the f her posts fell nor broke.  She took the panels and put them back up. The material used on her property is much more thick and they should be installed deeper.  I had to have another company come and repair.

1 because zero is not an option. Had a board on board fence installed in 2019 had to have them back three times due to issues with installation product quality is horrible. Never purchase any fence from this company they do not stand behind their work or their products their wood actually comes from Lowe’s and is garbage. Using Florida State Fence company was the best decision I could have made. They made the process seamless, easy, and did a great job. Fence looks great, the team that installed it was great, can't say enough about the entire process.
