Coach Sharp is fantastic. A few months ago my husband and I were looking for a trainer to help us gain muscle and condition for a rock climbing trip. We had been going to the gym and trying to do it on our own, but we were sustaining injuries. We went for our evaluation and discussed our goals and injuries. He has been great at adjusting our training to our needs. I was aware that he usually trains young athletes, but take my word for it he can whip anyone into shape. He is passionate and it shows.
We highly recommended Coach Sharp. Our son was looking for a strength coach, but got so much more. He is true mentor and motivator. He gets the very best out of our son each and every time.
