Bad bad bad company nothing but liars
This company is a complete rip-off. They market their products in a very high pressure manner, but when it comes to delivering a good product, you can forget it. They have lied repeatedly and never got the system to work. I was a dummy because I fell for the sales pitch. I researched them after the fact and find an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. They also have had many complaints against their licence and have multiple lawsuits against them. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I MADE!
Had my pool for 15 yrs and never did I see any temp above 80 in October. Today it was 85. Very happy.
We were unable to use our pool for the past three years in September. We are now able to swim at 85 degrees. Thank you so much.
Thank you for the excellent service Florida Solar!!! We bought a home with a solar system and the company that installed it wouldn't service it. Thanks to Florida Solar East now we can.
I am completely disgusted with the lack of professionalism and verbal abuse that I have received from the two women (I'll just say that their names begin with a T) in the service department. It's been months now that I've needed my leaking panels to be fixed. I have no problem paying them their " trip fee", but everytime I call I get treated with complete disrespect. I have had nothing but problems with this company. They were able to install in one day and then it takes months to get anything serviced or repaired. If it is under warranty, you have to wait 6 months for part to come in. Amazing that they have all the parts in stock for next day installation. 5 years and still havng issues with panels, hot water heater panel....Despicable. Don't even have they come out for an estimate....
I'm a local engineer, and researched solar for my house for six months. The products Florida Solar East use are far superior than any other products. We looked at three different companies and chose this one for the FAFCO panel. The company was precise with the scheduling and was done in one day. The pool heated up 10 degrees in one day!!!!! I highly recommend this company to anyone.
