I applied at this company for employment and I'm sure they didn't hire me because I'm openly gay. I know that I would have gave them the best service they ever had.
Bought a solar water heater and it blew up $7,000 damage to my garage due to a faulty water heater (flooded, water shot up a hole in our roof, walls were soaked) and they charged me a service fee and replacement parts- saying that is not covered under warranty. Tammie the receptionist "knows what is covered" and that is not covered. Be ware of this company. I have My original paperwork, notes, business cards and am contacting the mfg. to get replaced- but DO NOT use this company
DO NOT BUY From This Company! At least if you want any service under warranty. I've been 4 weeks now with solar system totally unuseable due to burned out pump. The weekly excuses and no service are getting old. Pretty certain I wasted my money on this system and will have to replace.
Do not use this company. Did not come when they were scheduled. No phone call. I called their office and their office staff said the person responsible would call me right back. He did not return the call. Called the next morning and they lied about coming the day before. Said they could not get in the gate. I complained about their customer service and they really did not care.
