fast efficient service after hurricane. The tech was very courteous.
The only time they take care of you it's when they are trying to hook you. Then you are on your own, no customer service to talk about. They quote one price they invoice you another. Their service and product sucks.

I just had a two-year maintenance done and the two servicemen, Rodney and Justin, we're just great! Very courteous and very helpful and very pleasant and definitely know their stuff! This company services all over Florida so it's sometimes hard to get through with phone calls and return phone calls. I'm hoping that they can improve on that. Melissa, that works in the office was absolutely wonderful to deal with and helped out a lot.
We need our warranty panels replaced. We have been waiting since October. I spoke with service manager Steve last Friday. He said he would have someone here 1/25/17. No show. No call. Tried calling and left messages with both Cory and Steve and no response
