They won't answer the phone or return my calls to voicemail. I need my solar panel put back on my roof. I had it removed to install a new roof and I need it put back on. I've been calling every week for 4 MONTHS! I can't believe this company is still in business.
Multiple times scheduled service call - NO SHOW each time. Think twice before doing business with this company - ready to sell solar heaters - not ready to service their malfunctioning product!
Big thanks to Florida Solar East had a issue with our pool solar panels. I called Monday and they came out did a temp fix, today they came back and put additional straps and buckles. They should be good now
