Customer Service is terrible. I was stood up for my first appointment. I had to call them to reschedule for the next day. After giving them a second chance, I was stood up again. This time, I wasn't even given the courtesy of a phone call. Even if only to tell them, "I'll be taking my business somewhere else".

After an extensive search for cleaning solar panels, I found Brian. He came to the house and did an excellent job and very good communication. Highly recommended.
