I give this company a grade of C+, which means I never in good faith would recommend them to anyone I like. I experienced constant turnover with their staff- the guy who sold me the system in the first place was gone within 3 months of me signing, and over the course of about 10 months I had to interact with at least 5, maybe 6 different project managers in the office because there was so much staff turnover. I would not recommend this company at all, below I will give 4 main reasons. 2020 solar panels were installed but in 2021 my home insurance provider told me I had to reroof to be insured since the roof life expectancy was only 1-2 yrs max according to various inspection reports. 1) They should have advised client and refused to install panels given that the roof was in bad conditions and house needed a new roof. Buyer BEWARE! If I could do less than a star I would. This company is a scam. These people are criminals and will lie and cheat to get your business then leave you hanging with either a lien on your home or a lawsuit. Ultimately they sold us panels under the guise that they’d create enough energy to power our house and pay for the panels. Turns out no , they can’t put enough panels on our house to produce the power they told us it would take and now, we are stuck paying for electric and now also paying for solar panels that ... read more
