Awesome doctor but awful office support…. They made me do a fully unnecessary step with a sleep study ring. I wasn’t “approved” by their insurance underwriting department for a sleep study so I had to pay out of pocket for that procedure. After that they made an appointment for an overnight sleep study and told me they would call me to confirm that they approve my insurance for this procedure. They KNEW I wasn’t likely going to proceed with the appointment if it wasn’t covered by my insurance. They never called me to approve... read more
terrible client service, they don't seem to know what they are doing! Why as I telling the equipment company my appointment dates? shouldn't they know that info from Fla. Sleep specialist. Did not know where my sleep study was?Cancelled on me day of appointment.
Unprofessional, Audrey Dinkel and the other front desk laughed and asked in demeaning tone when I courtesy called asking to reschedule my appt due to last minute conflict. Said would I prefer to cancel instead. Management needs to coach their front line on being more respectful to patients.
