The staff at the Sarasota office are efficient and knowledgeable. It’s not a chore to go there; the wait times are minimal and the medical practitioners and support staff are kind and helpful. I highly recommend them.
I want to send a shout out to the Office staff to include Olivia, Audrey and Terry for their professionalism and courtesy during my many appointments. I have used a CPAP for, but it was a long time ago and it wasn’t good for my face because I have claustrophobia the lady that helped me with a sleep study. Her name is Anne-Marie was so nice and made me feel comfortable I was fitted for a mask and saw that it was smaller, and that the CPAP companies have made a Great change to the machines and equipment. I can’t say enough positive things about both the Bradenton and Sarasota location. For at least 8 years, providers have brush off my concerns. The first appointment I had with Kate Mueller, she immediately acknowledged and understood my concern, making me feel valid for the first time. She was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I had follow ups with Jeffery Vanderbilt, who is just as great as Kate. Both are welcoming, listen, and educate thoroughly.
