Was recommended to this doctor by a friend who had great results. Waited months to get in. Paid $350 on first visit and got billed another $580 out of pocket for the second visit just to diagnose and provide an estimate on what procedures I need help me breath better. $950 out of pocket plus whatever they collected from my insurance just to tell me I need 3 procedures that take 15 minutes total and cost another $8500. Very professional and in-depth diagnosis. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about sleep apnea
Surgery results were great, but the scheduling system is frustrating. I waited over 30 minutes past my 9:00 AM appointment time. Professionalism should apply to the whole patient experience, not just the procedure. Patients' time is valuable too.
