Made an appointment through their website using "Klara" technology several weeks ago as linked to from the top of the site. Received links, uploaded insurance and ID. I arrived on time and they didn't have the appointment, or any of my information, but were going to try and jam it through on the spot. I left and doubt I will go back. Obviously nothing to do with the doctor, but if you are going to have your web site purport to schedule people, make sure it works.
Dr. Mandel and his team are fantastic! The office is efficient, professional, and always courteous. My sinus surgery went smoothly, and the entire process—from prep to recovery—was incredibly organized. Follow-ups were thorough, and I felt well cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend this office!
This place seemed great from the start. I came here after having sinus issues for over a month. My initial visit was fine; got prescribed some antibiotics and scheduled a follow up. I was told I needed an allergy test as well before the follow up. The lady at the desk had me sign and said verbatim “your responsibility is $0” So I have hundreds of needles prick me and then get sent on my way. I honestly love this office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the assistants, PAs and Dr. Mandel himself. When I came in for a sinus issue, they all provided me with great treatment. I was also allergy tested and that staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Mandel went through a sinus procedure with me and explained it to allow me to come up with the choice of whether to do it or not. Overall I’m very satisfied with the level of care I’ve received here and I would recommend them to anyone.
