This franchise has the absolute WORST customer service. I have been trying to reach the owner, for 3 days now. No one is on the same page at this office; they leave you on hold forever; then they hang up on you, and the list goes on. I would love the opportunity to relay the type of customer service I received here.
I want to recommend and thank Doctor Janine and the entire staff for the service and all the attentions with my mom. Doctor Janine answers all of her questions and explain everything to her in a way she was able to understand. Thank you.
Unorganized, rude, incompetent.
Horrible and unprofessional. I waited 3 months to get a refferal from my Dr to come here then they tell me that they received the referral from my Dr and I can come in. It takes me about 1 hour to get there coming from Miami and when I get there they tell me they can't do much for me because they still need one more refferal from my Dr. I asked them why they didn't tell me that before I came there and they lied and said they called me that morning when I had my ringer on since 7am and no missed calls from them.
