Horrible, lack of caring, lack of communication. Find a better doctor.
Both offices had an amazing staff. From my pre-op appointment to post-op appointment, everyone including Dr.Lee Mendel were reassuring, and compassionate. After a long healthcare journey they were able to relieve me of all my sinus issues. I would recommend their offices to anyone in need of their services.
Love Dr. Mandell and his team. Every visit has been on time and quick. Very detailed in team oriented. I wish more doctor offices followed this model.
