This is by far the most disorganized outpatient clinic I have ever been to. I came in here for a simple checkup and was misinformed on my insurance benefits and was overcharged for my visit, even after double checking with front desk, who reassured me that they had verified and were correct. This altered the treatment I was able to receive during my visit and caused a major inconvenience for me as a new patient. The refund process was a mess as well. Incredibly kind staff, minimal wait time, knowledgeable physicians, and probably the coolest, friendliest front desk associate ever. 1st impression was great.
The overall care provided from booking the appointment to seeing Dr. Mandell was seamless and well-beyond most practices I have ever visited. The doctor had a systematic approach to addressing my sinus/allergy issues, and I liked his plan. I would definitely recommend this practice!
