My sister-in-law’s grandfather unexpectedly passed away before he was able to attend a single class, yet the school refused to refund the approximately $1,000 he paid. None of the education, supplies, or materials that money was intended to cover were ever used. Taking $1,000 from a grieving family dealing with an unexpected loss and the expenses that come with it shows an upsetting lack of compassion and understanding. We are all extremely disappointed.

My stepfather paid $1000 to sign up for this woodworking class and shortly after passed away Unexpectedly. His passing happened before he could even take one class so my mother called the school to inform them that her husband had passed and wanted to know if All or any of the thousand dollars for the class was refundable due to the circumstances. My grandfather died the day before his first class. Despite the circumstances, the school refused to refund the money for a class he obviously could no longer attend. I cannot imagine a more reasonable circumstance for making an exception to a refund policy. The complete lack of compassion shown to a grieving family is incredibly disappointing and, frankly, shameful.

Completed the Introduction to Case Making course with instructor Andrew Gibson. As someone who’s been woodworking for years using YouTube and trial & error as my teacher, this class really helped pull things together and fill in a lot of gaps in my skill set. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient. This course was well worth the investment, and I look forward to my next class to continue honing my skills.
