What a great school! I took the beginner woodworking course and got so much value from it. Meighan and Carl were awesome teachers and the class had a great mix of people. You get a lot of hands on experience with the perfect level of supervision. I can’t wait to take another class!
Did the "Weekend Beginning Woodworking" and it was phenomenal. Highly recommend. Great environment to learn from professionals. Learned safe operation and techniques of jointer, planer, miter saw, and table saw. It was fun and super educative!
Excellent course on the basics of transforming rough-sawn wood into wood ready for making furniture. Hands-on use of the tools needed to machine wood, along with an understanding of how wood reacts, makes this a fundamental class for anyone involved in woodworking. Highly recommend.
This is a great place to spend a week in the woodshop. I took the intro to casemaking class. Kate, Andrew and Carl did a terrific job on the theory and techniques of this topic. The classes are small, there’s plenty of individual attention and the fellow students are a great bunch.
If I could give 6 Stars I certainly would! I acquired more knowledge and skills in the week long Hand tools & joinery class than I could have imagined. The class was tremendous fun, very rewarding, and always in the context of safety. Highly recommended!
