The property we rented had bed bugs the property managers were rude about it lied and said they did not know there was bed bugs the exterminator confirmed there was and the people that rented prior to us posted that they informed them of the bugs they refused to refund our money do not rent from this company

Don't know if I am limited in the number of words but here goes! We rented **************. Dec. 29th 2021 end through March 30th 2022, First I will say the house was spacious, pool area private, furniture comfortable except 2 kitchen chairs falling apart and location is pretty good. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We booked our Orlando property through VRBO thinking we would be safe. Florida Scandi made this the worst vacation we ever had. They did not even manage the property I booked. We spent hours upon hours on the phone or at the office throughout the week. Had to move 3 times in 6 days. They had our booking nights wrong. We had to move 6 people 3 times. TERRIBLE customer service. Rented with them in March 2021, pool filter broke when we got there, took them 3 days to fix it, pool heater broke, they never fixed it. We did not once get to swim in the pool for the entire 7-day stay because the water was disgusting and only 68 degrees. When dealing with them on these issues, they were rude, and didn't seem to care. We rented through this company and the property turned out to be in a development known for loud party gatherings and all night activities. This company is misleading people in its advertising of the properties as they describe a family friendly environment. The pool heat never worked despite being charged for it. The resort pool they advertise is unusable as the heat is broken. They refused to help us in any form and never returned phone calls. We rented a vacation home. Paid for insurance, trip was cancelled due to corona virus. Only offered 50% refund or book another date. I hope they get NO funding from the state or government. Left a lot of people without much needed funds during these times.

Terrible customer service. Do not rent your house with these people or rent from them. If anything goes wrong they will ignore you. I have contacted both Joe and Renata, called, emailed and left messages and nobody gets back to you. I would highly discourage anybody to do any kind of business with them.

Last year we went online and booked a home for our family through this company for 10 family members. We chose a five bedroom home in **************. We arrived on 6/17/17 and went to the office finished filling out paper work.
