I've used Florida Safeguard for the past 20 years and have never had an issue with the system or their service.
We have had the alarm for a year now, and now they come that they don’t service “the area anymore” because my alarm go off at 6pm and I “called the owner”? It’s the number you gave me and that I have on my phone, and if you are the owner you should fix the problem. There was no way to stop the alarm and he hang me up on the phone. Really? Go with ADT

I wish I could put 0 Stars The worst alarm system. Al first impression everything is good, after paying there is no service. They don’t respond to an emergency, and the owner JIM is very rude doesn’t care if his system is not working
