Dear Beverly A. Williams: All I have to say is, if your job as an intake screening specialist is to find out what the situation is being kind and giving people grace doesn't cost much. It is very unfortunate that you chose to be rude and unprofessional. Thank you for nothing. I will find my way to solve my situation. Empathy is the ability to understand and experience another person’s emotions as if you were in their situation.

Very rude over there phone. Not professional. To the lady that was absolutely rude and hung up on me while I was trying to get my point across, if you hate your job so much and is tired of answering calls find a different job. You are one of the reason, company like this get bad reviews and low ratings.anyone who recommends me this number, I will let the firms and company know. I want to express my extreme gratitude for the assistance and care this firm exhibited. Mainly Tyler and Simonie. Their hard work and selfless dedication to my case and the wellbeing of my children.
