We recently had several days of wind and rain here in SW Florida and discovered a leak in our roof. I did a Google and FB search and time and time again nothing but rave reviews for Sean and Florida Roofing and Construction came up. I gave Sean a call on a Wednesday night and he was out the next morning to look at our roof. He located the issue, took a bunch of pictures to show us, told us how to fix and gave a couple options on how to proceed. Great experience. They were working on neighbors roof and asked Sean to take a look at ours to see if any pre-issues observed. He went up on the roof took some photos of some minor things that if addressed now could potentially save a big repair in the future. He gave a very reasonable price to address what he found(showed us photos). When he was done showed us photos of the repairs and took less money than we initially agreed to. Cmon in today’s world unheard of. Thank you!
Sean and his crew at Florida Roofing did an amazing job identifying the roofs issues and making essential repairs. A rapid response mitigated any potential additional damages. I have used them previously on a complete reroof and has stood the test of time. I would highly recommend them!
