Sean Stuart and his team are very responsive and are on time. They provide detailed and honest repair estimates, with before/after photos. They are professional, knowledgeable and I know they will address any issues found. I had moisture coming from a skylight on the roof. Phoned Sean in the morning and he stopped by the same afternoon. He inspected the roof and was able to repair it while he was here. Awesome service, took pictures and showed me the issue. Highly recommend.

Sean and his crew are simply amazing! I got quotes from 7 different companies. I went with Sean because he explained everything to me in a way that made sense. He even offered to come back in person to my house to go over the differences in quotes to help me understand the difference between what the materials were and what the different roofers wanted to do in terms of repairs versus replacements. We recently had several days of wind and rain here in SW Florida and discovered a leak in our roof. I did a Google and FB search and time and time again nothing but rave reviews for Sean and Florida Roofing and Construction came up. I gave Sean a call on a Wednesday night and he was out the next morning to look at our roof.
