There are no words that can describe how grateful I am to Dr. Kraut. He saved my eye and my vision after a tragic accident. I thought the worst but I will never forget that night God sent Dr. Kraut to the emergency room. I saw a ray of light and hope through him. You are amazing. Thank you so much Dr. Kraut.

Charge for copay for no reason after a year of paying 0 copay, no insurance change, something is wrong with their billing department.

Try to overcharge me unnecessary fees that insurance suppose to cover, scammers. Otherwise good service.

The visual field doctor rescheduled with me twice, and then when I finally got to come in he was running over a half an hour late. Front desk told me they couldn’t tell me how late he would be because I would be upset. She then tried to charge me a copay when it wasn’t necessary. And then the machine broke. It’s been a very odd interaction. I guess people come here because they have to. Usually I’ve had a good experience but this past month has been frustrating.
