The staff at the front desk were wonderful. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. The assistant we had took a detailed history, checked the eye and ran some tests. She was great. Very few, cheerful and professional. The doctor was top notch. Very honest and open evaluation and conversation offering his opinion and options. Would highly recommend this office.
Listen, it is 5:03 P.M currently and we are still waiting to be seen for an appointment that was at 2:40. Mind you we arrived at 2:20 pm. There is no point to this, one of the ladies we spoke to had her appointment at 3:00. She came in after us but she was seen before us and left before us. I’m so over this, if there is a schedule issue the patients should be notified and have the option to reschedule.
