What is the purpose of making an appointment if you will not be seen at the appointment time? My time is valuable along with the money that I have to pay to be to seen. It is unfair, unprofessional and disrespectful to have to wait over 20 minutes past my appointment time just to start the intake process.
He is a professional and friendly Doctor and has a good and friendly staff. After my first treatment I wouldn't go any place else.
