I suffered a retinal bleed and Florida retinal institute got me right in. I have never seen an office more organized, staff as professional and kind, or a doctor as knowledgeable and reassuring as Dr. Joshi. The first time I walked in there were so many people I thought I'm going to be here for hours but they have an amazingly organized system and you're just in and out without ever feeling rushed. Love this eye doctor. Everyone is so nice and friendly.
I was informed that I was to have my right eye looked at only and ended up with both eyes dilated and unable to see to drive. Explained to the aide and they did not even care. Just a number to be processed. Unprofessional and only concerned with getting you thru quickly.
